We strive to make sure you cannot lose messages.

Kyrylity automatically backs up your chats on an ongoing basis every day.

Kyrylity messages are stored on our servers and in the Kyrylity folder of your Android mobile smart device. The Kyrylity folder of your Android mobile smart device is located in your device’s internal memory or external microSD card.

You can restore the chats we have most recently backed up by simply uninstalling and reinstalling Kyrylity.

However, if you intentionally/unintentionally delete messages they will be deleted from our servers and your mobile smart device. In this case we cannot help you recover the messages.
