Kyrylity automatically backs up your chats on an ongoing basis every day.

Kyrylity messages are stored on our servers and on your iPhone.

You can restore the chats we have most recently backed up by simply uninstalling and reinstalling Kyrylity.

However, if you intentionally/unintentionally delete messages they will be deleted from our servers and your iPhone. In this case we cannot help you recover the messages.

iCloud backup

For iOS 5.1 or later, you can use iCloud backup to back up and restore your Kyrylity chat history. Using iCloud backup saves your Kyrylity chats and photos to your iCloud account.

Sign into iCloud by going to iPhone Settings > iCloud. Ensure there is enough free iCloud space for your Kyrylity chat history and photos (iPhone Settings > iCloud > Storage). Ensure there is enough room on your iPhone to restore the backup.

To recover your chat history from an iCloud backup, delete and reinstall Kyrylity from the App Store. After verifying your mobile phone number, restore your chat history via iCloud restore. The mobile phone number used for backing up and restoring must be the same. You cannot restore the chat history from another Kyrylity account.

iCloud backup may result in notable cellular data usage. It is advisable to backup via Wi-Fi.
