Deleting messages and conversations

You can delete individual messages and/or conversations.

Deleted messages are permanently deleted from our servers and your iPhone and are not recoverable.

Deleting messages from a conversation, take the following steps:

  • Open Kyrylity and go to Inbox
  • Open the conversation with the message you want to delete.
  • Tap and hold on the message.
  • Tap on Delete Message

Deleting conversations, take the following steps:

To delete an individual conversation:

  • Open Kyrylity and go to Inbox
  • Tap and hold on the chat you want to delete.
  • Tap on Delete Conversation

Deleting your entire conversation history, take the following steps:

  • Open Kyrylity and go to Settings
  • Go to Conversation Settings
  • Tap on Delete all conversations

By deleting all conversations you will delete all conversations and all messages inside of them.

Clearing all your conversations, take the following steps:

  • Open Kyrylity and go to Settings
  • Go to Conversation Settings
  • Tap on Clear all conversations

Clear all conversations will delete all messages but leave the conversations in the Inbox.
