- Your mobile device may not be connected to the internet
- Check your data plan on your mobile phone provider’s network or your Wi-Fi connection
- Check the signal strength on your mobile smart device
- Open a webpage in your phone browser to check you are connected to the internet
- Try rebooting your phone
- Your mobile phone provider’s network may have different access point settings for messaging applications
- Check whether you can open webpages and run other applications on your data network but not Kyrylity. Your mobile provider should help you configure your data network to run Kyrylity
- Try Wi-Fi networks if you cannot connect to the internet through your mobile smart device’s data network
