I am having difficulty connecting to Kyrylity

If you are having difficulty connecting to Kyrylity please consider the following:

  • Your mobile device may not be connected to the internet
    • Check your data plan on your mobile phone provider’s network or your Wi-Fi connection
    • Check the signal strength on your mobile smart device
    • Open a webpage in your phone browser to check you are connected to the internet
    • Try rebooting your phone

 

  • Your mobile phone provider’s network may have different access point settings for messaging applications
    • Check whether you can open webpages and run other applications on your data network but not Kyrylity. Your mobile provider should help you configure your data network to run Kyrylity
    • Try Wi-Fi networks if you cannot connect to the internet through your mobile smart device’s data network
