Problems connecting to Kyrylity for Android

There are 2 common reasons for having problems connecting to Kyrylity:

  • poor your internet connection
  • your mobile smart device Settings are incorrectly configured

Try the following:

― Rebooting your mobile smart device and/or Wi-Fi router

― Download the latest version of Kyrylity

― Delete and re-install Kyrylity

― Try alternative Wi-Fi internet connections

― Ensure your Wi-Fi sleep settings are configured correctly.

― Enable your cellular data connection instead of Wi-Fi

― Ensure Restrict background data is not operative.

― Ensure your APN settings are configured correctly.If you are able to connect on Wi-Fi but not on your cellular data connection (EDGE/2G/3G/4G) you need to contact your mobile phone network provider. You must be able to send and receive non-web traffic in order to use Kyrylity.

― Ensure that you receive your Gmail emails.

― Upgrade your Android OS to the latest version for your mobile smart device.
