If your mobile smart device gets lost or stolen it is important that you lock your SIM card. You can lock your SIM card by contacting your mobile phone provider. Locking your SIM card prevents verification of your Kyrylity account via your old SIM card.

However, even if you lock your SIM card and disable your phone service, Kyrylity can be used via a Wi-Fi connection. Therefore it is advisable that you contact us with an account deactivation request.

While your account is deactivated, your name will still be visible in the Business Contacts and Social Contacts lists of your Kyrylity contacts and your contacts will still be able to send you messages.

Your mobile phone provider will issue you a new SIM with the same number to activate Kyrylity on your new phone. Kyrylity can only be activated with one phone number on one device at any one time. You can then reactivate your account after 30 days and received any pending messages on your new phone. If your deactivated account is not re-activated within 30 days, it will be deleted.
