If your contact has downloaded Kyrylity from the Google Play store, verified his/her mobile phone number and completed the Business Profile and Social Profile registration process then he/she should appear in your Business Contacts and Social Contacts lists.
If your contact does not appear in your Business Contacts and Social Contacts lists, then you should review the following checklist:
- Ensure your contact is a Kyrylity user
- Ensure you have saved your contact’s mobile phone number to your mobile smart device’s address book in the correct international format
- Ensure you have the latest version of Kyrylity and have allowed Kyrylity to access your mobile smart device’s contacts in your device’s permission settings.
