Problems connecting to Kyrylity for iPhone

There are 2 common reasons for having problems connecting to Kyrylity:

  • poor your internet connection
  • problem with your wireless carrier or internet service provider
  • your iPhone Settings are incorrectly configured

Try the following:

― Restarting your iPhone and/or Wi-Fi router

― Turn Airplane Mode ON then OFF

― Download the latest version of Kyrylity from the App Store

― Delete and re-install Kyrylity. Backup your chats via iCloud Backup.

― Try alternative Wi-Fi internet connections or try Reset Network Settings

― Enable your cellular data connection instead of Wi-Fi

― Upgrade your iPhone’s iOS to the latest version

― For unlocked iPhones or pre-paid SIM cards, you may need to reconfigure your iPhone’s APN settings for your SIM card.

― For captive Wi-Fi networks you may need to log in prior to connecting to the internet
